Trail running

Are you tired of running on asphalt in the city? Then trail running is the best way to rediscover the joy of running. Green meadows, gravel trails, or rocky trails will be fun, promote your coordination, and are easy on the joints. The Hochkönig will provide the perfect terrain for trail running in Salzburg! Trail running is physically challenging but incredibly rewarding and, therefore, the favourite activity of many in their summer holidays in Maria Alm.

Or you kindle your passion during mountain races at the Hochkönig:

Full of expectations, you will take the gondola up, and it will be just as much fun to go back down. We are talking about the forest slide park. Five stainless steel slides, the shortest measuring 25 m, the longest 55 m, lead from the mountain station of the Natrun cable car down to the Postalm. How fun!
