- Arrival: your room is available from 3 p.m. You are welcome to use your included Hochkönig Card to start your holiday also if you arrive before 3 p.m.
- Departure: We ask you to check out by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Late check-out: subject to availability - with extra fee. Please ask at reception if a late check-out is possible.
Please let us know if you have any food intolerance before you arrive.

There are 2 charging stations available for you in the underground car park (with registration and for a fee). Billing is based on kWH and will be posted directly to your room bill.
Please let us know when you would like to bring a dog. Dogs are not allowed in all room categories, and we charge EUR 30.00 per day (without food). In the case of above-average soiling, we charge an additional cleaning fee. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness area and swimming pool area.
Free parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. You are also welcome to use our underground car park on request (subject to availability / EUR 15.00 per day).
Our LoHo ¾ gourmet board includes:
Breakfast buffet from 7.30 am. to 10.00 am. Our breakfast chef cooks fresh egg dishes for you. Afternoon snack for the “short break in between” in winter from 2.30 pm. to 4.30 pm. and in summer from 3 pm. to 5 pm.
In the evening, a 5-course menu of your choice is waiting for you to enjoy from 6 p.m. (we ask you to be in the restaurant by 7.30 pm latest.)
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
40% cancellation fee from 29 to 14 days before arrival
60% cancellation fee from 13 to 7 days before arrival
80% cancellation fee from 6 days before arrival
From 2 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total price
In the event of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total price will be charged.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 paragraph 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply.
It is common for things to turn out differently than you think, and the booked holiday must be canceled or prematurely terminated. We therefore recommend taking a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, including free Covid coverage.
You have a travel insurance via credit card?
Please check whether this offers sufficient protection. In some cards, the cancellation protection is dependent on turnover, with a deductible, limited to a certain amount or is restricted to the holder, so that illnesses in the family circle are often not insured. You can get more information from your credit card company
LoHo Relax & Wellness from 16 years (nude area):
Various saunas, a steam bath, heated benches, cozy relaxation areas and our tea bar are available for you to relax and unwind.

LoHo Panorama Rooftop on the 3rd floor
The heated panorama pool with indoor access and bubble loungers as well as a cozy relaxation area and a textile sauna are waiting for you.

Winter: from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Summer: high season from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. | Low season from 2pm to 7pm

You are welcome to register for this at the reception. Times: 07.15 am. to 09.00 am.

Winter & Summer: from 2 pm to 7 pm
There are separate times for families so that we can satisfy all guests. From 5.30 pm on our rooftop area is only open to adults. We thank you for your understanding and ask for mutual consideration.
Bathrobes, bathing bags, slippers and bath towels are available to you free of charge during your stay. You’ll find them in the wellness bag in your room.
