- Afternoon snack every day (except Saturdays)
- Saturday: Lohningerhof Buffet with regional delicacies
- Four-course menu with three main course options (including one vegetarian option) and fresh salad buffet as well as one starter buffet and one dessert buffet
- 10% discount on ski equipment hire at Sport 2000 (next to hotel)
- Hochkönig Card

- Afternoon snack every day

- Baebeque evening once a week in the hotel garden
- Or Lohningerhof Buffet with local delicacies
- Hochkönig Card, free use of ski lifts and cabel cars open in summer in Maria Alm (plus many more advantages)
- Arrival from 3 pm, Departure until 10:30 am
- Supplement for short stay: 1-3 nights € 10,00 per person / night
- Supplement for single room: € 15,00 to € 25,00 per night (double room comfort for single use)
- Supplement for New Year's Eve (obligatory): €25,00 per person
- Deduction for B&B: €15,00 per adult / night & €5,00 per child / night
- Dogs: €25,00 per night (without food) plus € 35,00 for final cleaning
- Deposit: 30% of the total room price until 14 days after reservation
